Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-16 weeks. We do not ship or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.

In cases of high order volumes, there may be a delay in shipment of a few days. Please anticipate additional transit days for delivery. Should your order experience a substantial delay, we will inform you via email or phone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

***These charges are shown as estimates. If the actual shipping rate comes out higher than the estimate, then we will be asking for the shipping difference from the client.***

* Overnight delivery is available exclusively for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Please note that delivery delays can sometimes occur.

* Shipping rates are subject to change. If the actual shipping rate exceeds the estimated amount, we at mosaic Atelier will request the additional shipping fee from the client.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

mosaiqueatelier.com delivers to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

mosaiqueatelier.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

mosaiqueatelier.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not offer shipping outside the U.S.
